Q: How long will it take before I receive my order?
A: Our usual turn around time to process your order is 4-7 business days from the time of receiving your order. We ship within the U.S. and Puerto Rico USPS Priority Mail which usually takes 1-3 business days.

Q: What if the embroidered name or date is mispelled on my item?
A: Contact us @1-800-243-2986 within 14 days of receiving your order. We will look up the original order. If the error is the fault of Image Threads we will gladly replace your order and ship it out to you free of charge. If the buyer has given mispelled information they will be responsible for purchasing a new blanket if they so choose. We do not make corrections on blankets.

Q: To what locations do you ship?
A: We ship within the U.S., Puerto Rico, Canada and Mexico. Please call us for ordering instructions and shipping rates to Canada and Mexico.

Q: How much do you charge for shipping an item?
A: We offer Free Shipping within the U.S. and Puerto Rico only. If shipping outside the U.S., please read our Free Shipping Policy located on the left hand toolbar for premium shipping prices to Canada and Mexico.

Q: What form of payment does Image Threads accept for online orders?
A: We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express).

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
A: Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change to your order. If your order has started a processing a fee may be incurred.
